The Phone Deals is seeking motivated and professional individuals to assist and qualify California residents for the state’s LifeLine Program, which provides eligible customers with free or discounted wireless service. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with compensation paid as commission for each successful enrollment.

- Full training on the LifeLine Program and our POS enrollment system
- A branded tent, table, and tablet for in-field enrollments
- Marketing support and tools to help you succeed
Responsibilities
- Educate and assist California residents in determining eligibility for the LifeLine Program
- Accurately complete customer enrollments using our POS system
- Represent The Phone Deals LLC in a professional and approachable manner
- Maintain compliance with all program guidelines and company standards
Requirements
- Must pass a background check
- Reliable transportation to attend events, community locations, or partner sites
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently
- Previous customer service, sales, or outreach experience is a plus
